Cordia dichotoma - Cordus Fork/Glue Berry
TREE FROM 6 TO 15 METRES TALL
Fast growing tree with spreading, shady crown of broad leaves & fragrant white flowers in summer. Pale pink berries hang in clusters & have an edible, though extremely sticky pulp. Various parts of the tree are used in folk medicine. Native to Qld north.
